Many games have multiple play modes to add to the variety, you can also use the skins feature to change the look and appearance of Trigames. Each of the games in Trigames features a high scores board, and you can submit you score and participate in the online high scores challenge.

Trigames also features smooth animation, full screen mode, music and sound, you can even design your own levels with the built in level designer and save an incomplete game, so that you can finish it later!

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License.

Mophy Software hereby grants to you, and you accept, a limited, nonexclusive license to use this Trigames 5 computer software program in machine-readable, object code form only (the "Software"). Except for the rights specifically granted in this Agreement, Mophy Software retains all right, title and interest (including, without limitation, copyright and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Software. By agreeing to this license, you give permission for the Trigames 5 computer software program to download and automatically install updates to the Trigames 5 computer software program and any other components related to and for the use of the Trigames 5 computer software program as and when they become available without first informing the user. By agreeing to this license you give permission for Mophy Software to collect anonymous usage information, in order to gauge the popularity of the games, and submit this information to Mophy software for analysis.

2. Restrictions.

You agree that you will not modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise translate the Software, and that you will not sell the Software. Trigames 5 is NOT freeware, to use the Trigames 5 computer software program after the trial period has elapsed, you must first purchase a registration key.

3. Term; Termination.

This License Agreement is effective upon your clicking the "Next" button, as described above, and shall continue until terminated. This Agreement shall be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement may also be terminated at any time upon notice from Mophy Software. Upon termination, you agree to destroy the Software (and all copies thereof) and erase any copies residing on computer equipment.

4. No Warranties.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. Copyright.

The Software is owned by Mophy Software and/or its licensees, you may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying the Software. Images and music are owned by their respective copyright holders, who have agreed to their distribution with the Trigames 5 computer software program. Various images and sounds included in this Trigames 5 computer software product where obtained from websites that offered the images as "Royalty-Free". If you are the copyright holder of any images or sounds, that have been included in this Trigames 5 computer software program without your knowledge or consent, then please contact Mophy Software (www.mophy.com) for their immediate removal.

6. Transfer of License.

You are free to distribute the original installation executable in any form and by any means as long as you do not modify the executable file in any way. You must not distribute the full (paid for) version, in any form or by any means without prior consent of Mophy Software.
